Our Identity

Our Identity
As PSJ, we draw our conviction and belief in our work by identifying with marginalized people and communities facing all forms of injustice (political, social and economic injustices)-women, men, young people and children – whom we equip to drive justice and determine how justice should happen. We connect and support them to organize and advocate for their human rights as the best way to challenge government and end all forms of injustice and ensure a life of dignity for all citizens.

Justice for All is central to our theory of change as an organization and in our operations at national and community level, we take sides with those facing injustice and we don’t compromise in our approaches to the disadvantage of the victims of justice. Our organizational values are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that change for justice can happen due to passion, vision, commitment of resources and experiences of people working in partnership as networks, movements and social groups or alliances.
